Types of Costs or Fees to be paid by a provider for the capability

HealthGrid products (CareNotify and CareNarrative) is licensed to customers for a subscription fee and an implementation fee. Subscription fees are charged by provider or bed (in the case of an acute organization), on a monthly basis. HealthGrid may also charge annual maintenance fees for its software, which includes support and software upgrades, based on the type of contract. These fees depend on the number of subscriptions purchased. Implementation fees are charged on an hourly basis or as contracted.

The customer must sign a HealthGrid Software License & Support agreement. The agreement is typically a 3-year term, which may vary depending on the customer’s needs.

 

Additional types of costs or fees that a user may be required to pay to purchase, license, implement, maintain, upgrade, use, or otherwise enable and support the use of the capability.

 

Additional costs that may be incurred include:

  • Support and maintenance for integration of this certified product-version with other ONC certified systems may require additional one-time and/or re-occurring costs
  • Depending on the patient’s preferred mode of communication, transactional costs may apply per SMS/voice message sent.
  • Depending on the customer’s needs, there may be costs for any additional services outside the standard agreement (such as additional implementation services, business analysis services, additional training services, etc.).

 

Additional types of costs or fees that a user may be required to pay to purchase, license, implement, maintain, upgrade, use, or otherwise enable and support the use of any data generated in the course of using the capability.

 

Storage and archiving of discrete data and CCDAs on HealthGrid’s hosted, HIPAA-compliant servers is included with the annual subscription fee at no additional charge. Additional fees will be incurred for the licensing of our reports and analytical tools

 

Limitations of a contractual nature (including developer policies and other business practices) that a user may encounter in the implementation or use of the capability.

 

There are no additional technical or contractual limitations in the implementation and use of this capability.

  • Implementation and subscription costs for: Cloud-based solution – HealthGrid offers a cloud-based solution for an implementation fee and for a monthly subscription fee; cost is per provider or per location.

 

On top of the implementation and subscription costs, this certified product-version could require additional costs for:

  • A third-party partner that provides patient-specific education (170.314(a)15) Patient-Specific Education Resources). Costs are a monthly cost per provider and the costs vary depending on the selected third-party partner.

 

Additional costs that may be incurred for this certified product-version:

  • Support and maintenance for integration of this certified product-version with other ONC certified systems may require additional one-time and/or re-occurring costs.
  • Depending on the patient’s preferred mode of communication, transactional costs may apply per SMS/voice message sent.
  • Depending on the customer’s needs, there may be costs for any additional services outside the standard agreement (such as additional implementation services, business analysis services, additional training services, etc.).

 

The Eligible Provider (EP) or The Eligible Hospital (EH) must sign a HealthGrid Software License & Support agreement. The agreement is typically a 3-year term, which may vary depending on the customer’s needs.

 

There may be additional agreements that an EP or EH must enter into with a third-party vendor (such as a clearinghouse company, lab company, etc.) depending on the customer’s needs.
