Types of Costs or Fees to be paid by a provider for the capability
HealthGrid products (CareNotify and CareNarrative) is licensed to customers for a subscription fee and an implementation fee. Subscription fees are charged by provider or bed (in the case of an acute organization), on a monthly basis. HealthGrid may also charge annual maintenance fees for its software, which includes support and software upgrades, based on the type of contract. These fees depend on the number of subscriptions purchased. Implementation fees are charged on an hourly basis or as contracted.
The customer must sign a HealthGrid Software License & Support agreement. The agreement is typically a 3-year term, which may vary depending on the customer’s needs.
Additional types of costs or fees that a user may be required to pay to purchase, license, implement, maintain, upgrade, use, or otherwise enable and support the use of the capability.
