EY Names HealthGrid CEO Raj Toleti Entrepreneur Of The Year 2018 Award Finalist In Florida

We’re proud to announce that Ernst & Young has named HealthGrid CEO Raj Toleti an Entrepreneur of the Year 2018 Award Finalist in Florida.

Now in its 32nd year, the Entrepreneur of the Year program recognizes business leaders in more than 145 cities and more than 60 countries throughout the world. Regional award winners are eligible for consideration for the Entrepreneur of the Year National competition.

Raj Toleti is among 30 statewide finalists selected by a panel of independent judges for their achievements in innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities. Award winners will be announced at a special gala on June 7, 2018, at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort in Orlando.

Raj founded HealthGrid in 2014 with a vision of developing mobile solutions that would transform the way healthcare providers connect and engage with patients across the care continuum. Four years later, HealthGrid counts more than 15,000 provider clients, more than 350 healthcare facilities, and more than 100,000 new activations daily.

HealthGrid completed more than 115 implementations of the CareNotify patient engagement platform in 2017 alone. CareNotify is the industry’s most comprehensive patient engagement solution that enables providers to automate and initiate timely and relevant conversations and deliver personalized content to patients across their individual care journey.

As further proof of the market’s embrace of HealthGrid solutions, KLAS recently rated the company in the Top-Right Quadrant for Overall Patient Experience in its Patient Engagement 2017 report.

As CEO, Raj has also worked to encourage charitable giving and volunteering among HealthGrid employees, and the companywide program has benefited the Kate & Justin Rose Foundation, Nemours Foundation, Robert Woods Johnson Foundation, and many others.

Through his work with Sri Padmavathi Trust in India, he has raised more than $50 million in charitable contributions to fund healthcare services for women and children in rural India.

Please join all of us at HealthGrid in congratulating and wishing Raj the best of luck as he moves on to the EY award finals in Florida!
